  • Support the CEO and CLO in all operational / administrative tasks
  • Provide assistance to the CEO and CLO with personal financial affairs in Liechtenstein, such as bill payment
  • Coordinate and organize the setup of our new office in Liechtenstein
  • Correspond with other Group offices
  • Manage general office operations and property management of the CEO and CLO apartments
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Coordinate and set appointments and meetings, and manage staff calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate any needed office repairs
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensure proper preparation and documentation of meetings. For internal meetings, ensure meeting rooms are tidied up
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and coach our office staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and relationship with booking agent
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy and fax machines
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
  • Produce reports and compose correspondence
  • Create presentations and other management-level reports, as needed
  • Assist in special projects


  • Post-secondary education in business or relevant discipline; an acceptable level of education and relevant experience may be deemed as an equivalent, additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered as an advantage
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an executive administrative assistant / office manager
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to operate remotely with limited direction
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
