  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of HR Generalists to design and deliver effective customer/user support across HR processes, and act as active member of the HR leadership team
  • Create a long-term vision for the team, aligned and integrated strategy with other HR initiatives and contributing to broader HR strategy
  • Lead or collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at designing and implementing strategic and operational solutions for complex HR Problems
  • Manage and operate HR processes and services to increase efficiency and customer experience
  • Drive HR policy implementations, communication and maintenance
  • Analyze data, highlight trends and insights to influence business decisions
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with various internal and external partners to identify solutions and scope out and implement changes


  • Proven track record in business process analysis, policy/program design, operations management and HR
  • Passion for leading teams and successful management and mentorship experience
  • Experience in customer/user service or operations environment
  • Proven track record in project management, and designing and implementing new processes, and getting things done effectively and efficiently
  • Thorough understanding and affinity to technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be  diplomatic and influence stakeholders
  • Strong internal client facing skills with a flexible communication style and the ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a complex environment with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with capability to process high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions
  • Fluency, written and spoken, in English and German
